- Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards for online payments. Cash on delivery is available for customers in the UAE and Lebanon only.
- Product Pricing: Please note that product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are dependent on our suppliers' updated pricing and may vary accordingly.
- Shipping and Customs: For orders outside the UAE, a shipping fee will be added to the total order value. Additionally, please be aware that customs tax may apply once the shipment arrives at the destination country. The estimated customs tax fees will also be added at the checkout.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, an exchange request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please note that the client is responsible for the delivery charge associated with the exchange. We do not offer a return of money.
- Refunds: We offer refunds for items that have arrived scratched, damaged, or broken. To request a refund, please contact us on the same day of delivery and provide images and a description of the issue with the product. We reserve the right to evaluate the refund request and take appropriate action.
- Delivery: We offer free next day delivery across the UAE. However, for international shipping, delivery charges will apply. We currently ship to Lebanon, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. European and international shipping will be available soon.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
